Skin Care Membership

• Memberships are for the enrolled member only and cannot be shared, gifted, or transferred to another person.
• Memberships and associated discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or refunded.

• Members must book their monthly service every 4 weeks (28-31 days between appointments).
• Missed or unbooked appointments do not roll over to the next month.
• Cancellations require at least 24 hours’ notice; failure to cancel in time will result in the forfeiture of that month’s service.

• Membership fees are charged automatically on the same date each month to the card on file.
• Membership fees do not include gratuity; tips are at the discretion of the client.
• Declined payments will result in a suspension of membership benefits until the balance is paid.

• Membership discounts apply only to full-priced services and retail items and cannot be combined with other promotions, specials, or gift cards.
• Add-on discounts (50% off) apply only to services performed during the member’s scheduled appointment.

• Membership services cannot be swapped for other services outside the designated membership options.
• GLAMRŪM reserves the right to update or modify services included in memberships with advance notice to members.

• Memberships require a minimum 3-month commitment before cancellation.
• To cancel or pause a membership, members must submit a request at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• Members arriving more than 10 minutes late may have their service shortened or need to reschedule.
• No-call/no-show appointments result in the forfeiture of that month’s service.

• Discounts and perks are active only while the membership is in good standing.
• If a membership is canceled, all accrued discounts, perks, and unused services expire immediately.

GLAMRŪM reserves the right to host exclusive member-only events, product previews, and bonus offers at its discretion.

• GLAMRŪM reserves the right to modify pricing, policies, and services included in memberships with 30 days’ notice.
• We reserve the right to terminate a membership if a client violates policies, engages in inappropriate behavior, or abuses the membership terms.
